We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the CanadaMart platform; match buyers with relevant verified suppliers; send quote requests to appropriate suppliers; communicate platform updates and relevant supplier news (with your consent); comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share buyer RFQ details with matched suppliers as part of the quote process. Supplier profile information is displayed publicly on the platform. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
